INEVA participated in TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) workshop

To “The Workshop on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Innovative Processes at Wastewater Treatment Plants” held at TÜBİTAK MAM Gebze Campus on November 21-22, 2017, INEVA Çevre Teknolojileri A.Ş. has also participated.

In the workshop organized within the scope of “Energy Efficiency and Energy Positive Wastewater Treatment Plant Development Project” conducted by TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Centre Environment and Cleaner Production Institute under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, officials from universities, ministries, water and sewerage administrations, as well as private sector representatives on treatment systems and renewable energy have participated.

In the workshop that brings together institutions and organizations that have a say in the sector; it was aimed to transition of wastewater treatment plants operating in our country to energy efficient technologies, sharing of researches conducted within the project related to renewable energy sources and technologies that can be used in wastewater treatment plants and ensure the exchange of ideas.
The Workshop, after the opening speech of Director of Environment and Clean Production Institute Manager Dr. Selma AYAZ, started with the information given on the project and the aim of the workshop by the project conductor Dr. Selda Murat Hocaoğlu and Namık Ünlü from the Energy Institute. Whereas on the first day of the Workshop the subject of “Renewable Energy and Biomass Energy for Wastewater Treatment Plants” was addressed, the second day, studies on the subjects of “Energy Efficiency and Innovative Processes in Wastewater Treatment Plants” were performed.
